Of the ten reasons you enumerated, the last one about having more time to spend with loved ones made me pause and reflect. You are right. Good health is a priceless commodity. In this light, we have to be conscious about the decisions we make as these may affect our health in the long run.

It’s really funny how people can't quit smoking despite all the harm it can do to their health. My uncle is a chain-smoker, and he learned his lessons after he found himself having difficulty in breathing. He didn’t quit smoking right away, but he’s using e-cigs now to slow down and hopefully – eventually stop the puff. =]

These are great motivations to quit smoking. I think most smokers are emotional smokers.
I am not ready to quit but when I decide to it will be easier. I have never found anything that will slow me down, help me quit smoking
